Log into your Inrest Home account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts and secure the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Ship It Back

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items through our customer service portal.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
